• Voucher is valid from Mon 24 Feb 2020 until Wed 30 Sep 2020, valid for collection Mon, Wed and Fri 12noon - 6pm; subject to availability.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 21 Sep 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your order.
• Order must be placed 3 days prior to collection date required.
• Multiple purchases are permitted.
• Available for collection only.
• Includes one box of 5 macarons only.
• Packaging is subject to change without prior notice.
• The English Rose Bakery macarons are best consumed within 5 days of purchase and are best kept at room temperature.
• Macaron flavours will be vanilla, raspberry, salted caramel, lemon and pistachio; please note flavours cannot be changed or altered.
• Vegetarian and gluten/wheat free options are available. Please advise at time of booking. No vegan options available.
• Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or offer.
• For any order issues please contact English Rose Bakery within 28 days of collection; a refund will not be offered if English Rose Bakery are informed out-with this time scale.
• In the event of goods being returned, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the items to English Rose Bakery; please keep proof of postage for any returns to ensure a refund can be processed.
• Refunds will only be provided for items received back by English Rose Bakery.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher when collecting your order and provide voucher code in booking email.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
