• Voucher is valid until Wed 30 Sept 2020, valid 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 14 Mar, 10 - 12, 27 - 28 Apr, 22 - 23 May and 25 - 27 Jun 2020.
• A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 31 Aug 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Standard double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: executive - £25, suite - £50; payable directly to hotel. 
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Options 2 & 3: Include 3 course dinner from set menu; subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available. Includes a bottle of wine; please advise red or white at time of booking. Option 3: Dinner is on the first night only.
• Max of 2 children permitted; children are classed as ages 12 and under and require a supplementary charge of £10 for BB and £20 for DBB; payable directly to hotel.  To upgrade to a standard family room is £10 per night room supplement.
• Pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per pet per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Free parking available.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
