• Voucher is valid from Fri 3 Jan 2025 until Mon 31 Mar 2025, Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Sat - Sun. 
• A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Friday bookings; payable directly. 
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 14 Mar 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16s only.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 8 per group; subject to availability.
• Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding or for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Treatments can not be substituted for other treatments.
• Some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions; please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.
• Options 1 - 4: Includes 1 x 55min treatment from choice of Pro Glow facial or Couture touch.
• Options 5 - 6: Includes 1 x 55min massage and 1 x 25 min facial.
• Options 3 - 6: Includes choice of 2 course lunch or afternoon tea; menu subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise at time of booking.
• All options include leisure access, robe & slippers.
• Wheelchair access available.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
