• Voucher is valid until Thu 30 Apr 2026, Sat - Sun, 9am - 5pm; subject to availability. Please check available dates directly.
• Excludes Mon - Fri. 
• Voucher must be booked by Thu 16 Apr 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Suitable for ages 12+.
• Duration approx. 45 mins with 18-20 mins flying.
• Max of 1 person per group. Option 2: Observers within the helicopter can be added for a supplementary charge of £25 for one or £40 for two; payable direct.
• Option 1: Max weight 95kg. Max height 1.98m.
• Option 2: Max weight 133kg. Max height 1.98m.
• Weather appropriate clothing advised.
• Subject to cancellations due to averse weather conditions or operational issues; experience will be re-booked.
• Please consult your GP before booking if you have any health restrictions that could affect you.
• No wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
