• Voucher is valid from Sun 1 Nov 2020 until Tue 31 Aug 2021, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 3-5 Jun, 3 Jul and 26-29 Aug 2021.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 20 Aug 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 2pm.
• Stay in a superior double/twin room.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a bottle of house wine; alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Secure, underground car park available; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Max of 2 children permitted in an upgraded family room for a supplementary charge of £30 per stay. Children ages 0-1 yrs stay free of charge, 2-12yrs require a supplementary charge of £15 per stay and 13+ are classed as adult. Meals must be paid as taken.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
