Small print

• Voucher is valid until Mon 30 Apr 2018, Mon – Fri 10am – 10pm, Sat & Sun 10am – 7pm (please call the centre to confirm available slots); subject to availability.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 16 Apr 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple purchases permitted.
• Duration: 1hr.
• Bouldering is suitable for ages 7+.
• 4 week course is suitable for over 18's only; courses will be booked consecutively on a weekly basis following completion of each session; subject to availability.
• Lessons suitable for ages 12+ can be booked for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with Sunderland Wall. Duration: 4 x 1hr sessions.
• Max of 6 people per group; multiple instructors can teach larger groups.
• Basic level of fitness required.
• No height or weight restrictions
• Members must have good general health to participate and must sign a waiver prior to session.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with Sunderland Wall.
• Harness and climbing shoes are provided, please wear comfortable clothing you can move easily in.
• Helmets available for use on request; please discuss directly with Sunderland Wall.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
