• Voucher is valid from Mon 28 Oct 2019 until Thur 27 Feb 2020, valid Sundays - Thursdays; subject to availability.
• Excludes Fridays and Saturdays and 22 Dec 2019 - 4 Jan & 13 Feb 2020.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 31 Jan 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only.
• Your credit card details will be used to guarantee your booking and no payment will be taken at the time of booking but may be used for late cancellation or non arrival charges.
• Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Club double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded and stays can be extended for a supplementary charge per room per night; please discuss and pay directly to hotel.
• Includes a 2 course dinner choosing a starter and main or main and dessert from the Prix Fixe menu; subject to change.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.
• Includes a bottle of red or white house wine in room on arrival.
• Children permitted at a supplementary charge of £30 for additional beds; subject to availability and depending on room type; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Max of 1 pet permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
