Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 27 Nov 2023 until Sat 23 Dec 2023, 7 days 12noon - 4pm; subject to availability. 
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 15 Dec 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Email bookings only. 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. 
• Max of 3 vouchers per table; 6 people.
• Includes afternoon tea. Menu is subject to change. Vegetarian and gluten / wheat free options are available.
• Option 2: includes a glass of Prosecco each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Table required back after 2 hours. 
• Children permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
