• Voucher is valid from Sat 1 Dec 2018 until Sun 31 Mar 2019, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Please note a supplementary charge of £40 applies per room per night for Fridays and Saturdays stays; payable directly to the hotel.
• Excludes 24 - 26, 31 Dec 2018 and 1 Jan and 14 Feb 2019.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 15 Mar 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in from 3pm - 9pm, check-out 11am.
• Double superior rooms available.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge of £100 per night; please discuss with and pay directly to hotel.
• Includes a private gin or cocktail masterclass and tasting session; 3 x 25ml gins with 2 x paired tonics or 3 x cocktails demonstrated by mixologist before making 2 x cocktails per person.
• Dinner options include £25 per person dinner allowance towards a set menu; includes coffee and petit fours; subject to change. Vegetarian options are available; please advise hotel at time of booking. 
• Free onsite parking available.
• Max 1 child permitted; ages 0 – 1 years stay free inc travel cots, ages 2 – 16 require a supplementary charge of £25 per child for a Z bed including breakfast, dinner paid for as taken; payable directly to hotel.
• Max of 1 dog permitted at supplementary charge of £10 per pet per night; payable directly to hotel.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
