• Voucher is valid until Thu 22 Dec 2022, Sun - Thu; subject to availability.
• Excludes Fri - Sat.
• Voucher must be booked by Thu 1 Dec 2022.
• Jan - Mar 2023:
• Voucher is valid from Mon 2 Jan 2023 until Thu 30 Mar 2023, Sun - Thu; subject to availability.
• Excludes Fri - Sat and 14-15 Feb 2023.
• Voucher must be booked by Thu 9 Mar 2023.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 14 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights. 
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 10.30am.
• Standard double or twin rooms available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a club room for a supplementary charge of £15 per room per night; payable directly to hotel. 
• Includes a 2 course carvery dinner on the first night. Menu is subject to change. Vegetarian and gluten/wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. 
• Children are permitted and included within the headcount.
• Max of 2 pets permitted for a supplementary charge of £15 per pet; payable directly to the hotel.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
