• Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Apr 2022 until Thu 30 Jun 2022, 7 days; subject to availability.
• A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Fridays and Saturday stays; payable directly. 
• Voucher must be booked by Thu 16 Jun 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, late check-out 12noon.
• Standard twin/double room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a suite for a supplementary charge of £25 per room per night; payable directly.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly.
• Options 2 -3: Includes 2 courses (starter/main or main/dessert) from set menu; subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. 2 night stay: dinner is on the first night only.
• Includes a 125ml glass of fizz on arrival. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Max of 1 child permitted; under 2’s stay free and ages 2 – 12yrs require a supplementary charge of £10; payable directly to hotel. Over 12’s are classed as adults.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
