• Voucher is valid from Mon 3 Mar until Mon 30 Jun 2025, Mon - Fri 11am - 4pm, Sun 10am - 5pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Saturdays. 
• Voucher must be booked by Mon 16 Jun 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Suitable for all ages. Group must include at least one over 16. 
• Duration approx. 45-60mins.
• Max of 6 people per group.
• Includes a magical potion drink.
• Premium tickets: Includes a magical phial of jelly beans or pips OR poison (choice of gin, vodka, rum or whisky). Poison for 18+ only.
• VIP tickets: Includes a take home potion pack and a souvenir guidebook
• Wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
