• Voucher is valid until Thu 23 Dec 2021, 7 days; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines. 
• Afternoon tea is valid 12:30noon - 4pm.
• Please note, there is limited availability on Saturdays.
• Overnight option: A supplementary charge of £25 is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly.
• Voucher must be booked by Wed 15 Dec 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online or email bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Max of 3 vouchers per table. 
• Includes a festive afternoon tea from a set menu. Menu is subject to change. 
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Options 2 and 3: Includes 125ml glass of Prosecco each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink. 
• Table required back after 2 hours. 
• Children permitted.
• Overnight stay: 
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 12noon.
• Privilege room available.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly.
• Max of 1 child under 12 permitted on a BB basis for £15 and a DBB basis for £22 when sharing with adults; payable directly.
• Max of 2 pets permitted at a supplementary charge of £15 per pet per night; payable direct.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
