• Voucher is valid from Sun 10 Jul 2022 until Sun 30 Apr 2023, Sun-Thu; subject to availability.
• Excludes Fri-Sat and 19 Dec 2022 - 1 Jan 2023 & 8 Jan - 31 Mar 2023.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 14 Apr 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. 
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability. 
• 1 night stay: Check in 3pm, late check-out 12noon.
• 2 night stay: Check-in 3pm, check-out 10am. Includes a bottle of Prosecco on arrival. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Standard double/twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night; payable directly to hotel. 
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Children permitted; family rooms are available for an extra charge, please discuss with the hotel directly.
• Max of 2 pets per room are permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per dog per night; payable directly. Pet friendly rooms must be requested upon booking.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
