• February stay: Voucher is valid from Mon 7 Feb 2022 until Mon 28 Feb 2022, 7 days. Excludes 11-14 Feb 2022.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 18 Feb 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• March stay: Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Mar 2022 until Sat 26 Mar 2022, 7 days. Excludes 6-10, 14-16, 20-24 Mar 2022.
• Voucher must be booked by Mon 28 Feb 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• General: Bookings are subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines. 
• Online bookings only.
• Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 10am.
• Stay in a standard double room.
• Rooms can be upgraded and extended for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly.
• Max of 4 people (2 adults and 2 children) permitted in a family room for a supplementary charge of £20 per room per night; payable direct. Children are classed as ages 0-12yrs.
• Max of 2 pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per pet per night; payable directly to hotel
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
