• Voucher is valid from Mon 4 Nov 2024 until Fri 14 Mar 2025, Mon - Fri, 12noon - 4pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes 23 - 26 & 31 Dec 2024, 1 -2 Jan 2025. 
• Voucher must be booked at least 48 hours in advance and by Fri 7 Mar 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 1 voucher per table. 
• Afternoon tea only; menu subject to change.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking. 
• Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
