- Voucher is valid from Thu 14 Jul 2022 until Wed 31 Aug 2022; subject to availability.
- Valid Mon - Thu 10am - 6pm during the school holidays, 10am - 4pm during term time & Fri - Sun 10am - 6pm all year round.
- Excludes event days; these can be viewed on the main page of the website.
- Voucher must be booked at least 24 hours in advance and by Wed 17 Aug 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
- Email bookings only.
- Voucher is non-refundable once booked; rescheduled dates will be permitted.
- Suitable for under 12s only. Children older than 12 are permitted but will not be able to play. Toddler tickets are suitable for ages 6 months - 3 years. Child tickets are suitable for ages 3 - 12 years. Under 6 months go free.
- Adult entry includes a hot drink.
- Duration approx. 1 hr 30 mins.
- Anti-slip socks are recommended; these can be purchased at the venue.
- Wheelchair access available.
- Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
- The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
- The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
- You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
