Small print

• Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Mar 2024 until Fri 31 May 2024, 7 days 1pm - 3pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes 10 Mar 2024.
• Voucher must be booked at least 48 hours in advance and by Fri 24 May 2024 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only.
• Please note that card details are required to secure your reservation. 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 5 per booking / 10 people per table.
• Set afternoon tea menu only; subject to change.
• Vegetarian options are available; please advise restaurant at time of booking. No gluten/wheat free options.
• Option 2: Includes a glass of Prosecco each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Children permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advance booking required. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
