Small print

• Voucher is valid from Sat 18 Jan 2025 until Sun 6 Apr 2025, Thu - Sun, 9.30am or 1pm only; subject to availability.
• Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your session is due to start.
• Excludes Mon - Wed.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 7 Mar 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 2 weeks of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Gorge walking, canoe and bushcraft: suitable for ages 5+. Canoe and cliff jumping: suitable for ages 10+.
• Duration approx. 2-3hrs. 
• Max of 10 people per group. 
• Canoe & bush craft: please bring comfortable outdoor clothing suitable for the weather.
• Gorge walking, canoe & cliff jumping: please bring swimwear, towel and old trainers or boots that you don't mind getting wet.
• Meeting point will be confirmed at time of booking. 
• No wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
