• Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Nov 2024 until Fri 28 Feb 2025; subject to availability. 
• Nov: Valid Mon - Thu 12non - 4pm, Sun 6pm - 9pm. Excludes Fri - Sat.
• Dec: Valid Mon - Thu 12noon - 4pm. Excludes Fri - Sun.
• Jan - Feb: Valid Mon - Thu 12noon - 9pm, Fri - Sat 12noon - 3pm, Sun 6pm - 9pm.
• Excludes 25 - 26 Dec 2024, 1 Jan & 14 Feb 2025. 
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 21 Feb 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases are not permitted. Max of 1 voucher per table.
• Valid for food from the à la carte menu and drinks; menu is subject to change. Please note voucher spend must be used in full, no change will be given. It cannot be used in line with any other promotions.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Table required back after 1hr 45mins.
• Wheelchair access available.

• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. Please note PIN must be given upon arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
