• Voucher is valid from Mon 13 Jan 2025 until Mon 31 Mar 2025, 7 days; subject to availability. Limited weekend availability.
• Afternoon tea: served 12:30pm-2.30pm.
• Leisure access: 9:30am-4:30pm.
• Treatments: 9.30am-3pm.
• Voucher must be booked at least 48 hours in advance and by Mon 24 Mar 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Email bookings only; telephone bookings will not be accepted.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16s only.
• Spa day options
• A supplementary charge of £15pp is required for Sunday bookings; payable directly.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding or cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.
• Treatment duration: approx 45 mins; includes a signature back massage or a signature facial.
• Treatments can be upgraded for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a cocktail of  your choice and robes & slippers.
• General
• Includes leisure access with a steam room, jacuzzi, heated pool and gym.
• Includes afternoon tea. Menu is subject to change. Max 1 voucher per table. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat free and dairy free options available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• No wheelchair access available.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
