Small print

• Voucher is valid from Sat 4 Jan 2025 until Sun 6 Apr 2025 Sat & Sun 1pm - 4:30pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Mon - Fri.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 28 Mar 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. 
• Max of 1 voucher per table. 
• Spanish afternoon tea from a set menu; subject to change. Includes tea or coffee.
• Option 2: Includes a glass of Cava each.
• Option 3: Includes a jug of Sangria to share.
• Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Table required back after 1 hour 30 mins. Please note arriving more than 15 mins late will result in your booking being cancelled.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
