Perfectly decadent afternoon tea. A fabulous selection of pastries, sandwiches, cakes and scones. We were offered a choice of specialist teas - I thoroughly recommend the Italian Almond!
Service was excellent and loved the Christmas decor.
Eagerly awaiting the next offer.

I purchased the twilight spa experience for 2 with a 2 course meal for my partner's birthday as he loves a sauna and steam room and he was not disappointed. We spent 2 hours just floating between the rooftop pool, saunas, steam rooms and jacuzzi and we could have easily spent more.
As for the meal……..delicious! We both agreed that the chips were probably the best we’d tasted and the fish and steak pie were wonderful.
Finally, all staff that we encountered from the initial person on the phone to the staff serving us in the Clubhouse restaurant were polite, friendly, professional and helpful. All in all a wonderful experience and great way to get over the mid week blues!

Wow another great visit to Cameron house spa. The facilities are amazing and the infinity pool is unreal. We had a lovely relaxing day. We also had food in the restaurant which was part of the itison deal and it was very filling and a good selection. We will definitely be back

Great spa & sauna etc, when I go bk again I would avoid Late afternoon as the roof top pool was full & couldn’t access it, otherwise was great, relaxing & well worth the cost, meal was an added bonus in the clubhouse
Deffo be back ☺️

The afternoon tea was absolutely gorgeous with a lovely selection of food and drinks in a lovely comfortable setting. The waitress was absolutely lovely and we were so well looked after. Beautiful surroundings and it was the quality and experience we had been hoping for given the reputation of Cameron House.

We had been looking forward to this for a while and were both very disappointed at the lack of cleanliness throughout the whole of the spa facilities. There was black mould on most of the ceilings in the different rooms (especially in the thermal pool room) none of the windows looked like they'd been cleaned recently. In both the men's and ladies changing rooms there was black mould on the ceiling in the showers and around fixtures with the cover of the shower doors visibly peeling off at the bottom etc
This wasn't the experience we had been expecting especially given the connection with Cameron House being such a high level hotel/brand. If we'd been paying full price for this I would have been asking for a full refund. Wouldn't recommend this spa at all and won't be visiting again

I bought the itison voucher as part of a gift. And I added on massage treatments. The itison voucher covers using the Thermal and Hydro spa, including the infinity pool which was fantastic. In addition to a Rasul Mud treatment for two which made our skin lovely and soft. Steam rooms, infrared room, sauna and hydro pool to use. With the addition of day beds to relax overlooking the scenery outside. Within the package, the Infinity pool and Aroma steam room were my favourites.
Our massages, which we paid extra for, were absolutely fabulous and highly recommended!
Robes, flip flops and towels provided. With secure lockers, hairdryers and straighteners available to use in the changing room too. There's also a spa restaurant at extra cost, which we didn't use.
Adding on the massages was expensive, so making these part of future itison package deals would be great.
One of the best itison vouchers I have used!
Great day.

On reaching our allocated room the Prosecco on arrival was not in the room, I had to make a call to have this brought toy he room. In the meantime we went for pre dinner drinks.
At the Great Scot bar we were ignored by the two barmen on duty, so went around the bar to the side they were on for service. We were again ignored here, with one cutting up citrus fruit and the other on his mobile phone messaging. I had to shout out for service. Hardly my expectation of a 5 star hotel.
On our return to the room we found that rather than the expected bottle of Prosecco, 750ml volume, we were given two 200ml bottles. A basic grasp of fundamental mathematics would suggest 2x200ml is not equal to 750ml. With no answer from reception or guest relations I went down to the front desk point this out. 10mins later after discussion between reception and some other individual I was informed a bottle would be sent to the room to replace the two 200ml bottles.
Not being familiar with the resort I had to enquire at the front desk for the location of the La Vista restaurant, this is located at the clubhouse which is around a 5 minute walk from the main building. The reservation was for 19:45, so it was dark, windy and raining outside. Given this scenario you would expect the member of staff we spoke to at front desk to inform me of the availability of a shuttle service to the restaurant, but no, I had to request this. With my wife having made the effort to dress for a celebration meal it was hardly going to be a viable option for a 5 minute stroll in those conditions, the gentleman at the front desk obviously thought otherwise.
All in all a thoroughly disappointing, dreadful experience, my wife was brought to tears when we eventually reached our table. Not exactly how I’d envisaged our 20th anniversary celebration turning out.
