Ticket is valid for the time and date shown on your ticket only.
Ticket is valid for one vehicle, with a driver and up to 4 passengers. We recommend you don't overload your car make sure everyone has a good view through the windscreen.
Remember to bring your ticket! You can either print it or show it on your phone.

You’ll need an FM radio (in-car or handheld) to hear the movie. We’ll let you know the frequency when you arrive.
Gourmet street food will be available to purchase on-site; vegetarian and gluten free options available.

Please check the weather report and dress accordingly – if it’s cold, we recommend wrapping up and bringing blankets and hot water bottles to keep cosy. Please wear outdoor shoes - it's December in Scotland!

We’ll send you a map and all the info you need prior to event.
Latecomers will not be admitted - please arrive no later than 20 minutes before screening to guarantee entry.
Spaces will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
4 x 4s and people carriers permitted and will be accommodated in a designated area.
No vans, coaches or commercial vehicles are permitted.
Assistance and well behaved dogs are permitted. Please note that it's a busy event with lots of cars, so owners must make sure that dogs are well behaved and remain on a leash any time they're outside.
You must comply with the Road Traffic Act 1988, ensuring every passenger has a seat belt. Remember not to overload your car, as it will mean you won’t all be able to see!
To make sure everyone has a great view, you should remain in your car during the screening.
Engines and lights must be switched off during the performance apart from when you are charging your battery (if required).
Strictly no alcohol permitted.
Toilet facilities available including disabled toilets.
The event takes place on a hard-standing car park and is wheelchair accessible.
Should you for any reason need to leave the screening you will be provided with a contact telephone number to call for assistance.
