The whole experience was amazing celebrating my mum's 80th birthday the staff sang happy birthday and presented her with a cake and candles.. only thing I would change is the directions for parking and the parking is very tight with the concrete flower bed in the middle of the car park

Hi tea for 2 with prosecco was delicious followed by freshly baked scones with jam, cream and a pot of coffee. The fish and chips and gammon steak with egg and french fries were really tasty.
The staff were were really nice and attentive and the panoramic view of the loch was amazing.

Had a high tea, which was delicious.
Dirty plates lay on the table at least fifteen minutes before they were taken away.
Our tea was served 10mins before scones, which were delivered to the wrong table, and fellow diners had to pass over to our table.
Had to ask for a knife for scones, then ask for sugar for tea.
Service could have been better as it was different servers bringing drinks food and teas.

I had an Itison voucher for high tea. The food was lovely fish and chips was lovely, my daughter who wouldn't normally have macaroni said it was lovely, the steak pie and the vegetables with it were delicious. A special mention to the staff, very friendly, helpful and nothing was a bother to them. Beautiful setting.
