Voucher is valid from Thu 1 Nov 2018 until Sun 31 Mar 2019, 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 24 – 26, 31 Dec 2018 and 14 Feb 2019.

A supplementary charge of £10 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 15 Mar 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in from 3pm, check-out by 11am.

Luxury riverside room available.

Rooms can be upgraded subject to availability; please discuss with and pay directly to hotel.

Option 2 and 3 ncludes £20pp dinner allowance for Bistro or Riverside Restaurant. Menu can be viewed here; subject to change.

Option 3 is dinner on the first night only.

Vegetarian, gluten and wheat free options are available; please advise hotel when booking.

Max of 2 children are permitted; under 5s stay free of charge, 5-14 years old are £15 per child per night including breakfast; payable directly to hotel.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
