Voucher is valid from Mon 18 Mar 2019 until Sun 16 June 2019; 7 days, 9am – 5pm; subject to availability.
Excludes 31 Mar 2019.
Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Sat 1 Jun 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
Hand and nail treatments are suitable for all ages; under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult. All other treatments are suitable for ages 16+ only.
Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
Some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions; please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.
Option 1 & 3 includes a choice of one 40 min treatment - signature back massage, signature scalp ritual, facial, foot revive, glamour hand treatment or lime and ginger salt glow.
Option 2 & 4 includes a choice of one 1 hr treatment per person - signature full body massage, skin specific facial, luxury manicure or luxury pedicure.
Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
Options 1 & 3 includes leisure access for a half day from 12 noon – 5pm.
Options 2 & 4 includes leisure access for the full day.
Robes and towels are provided; swimwear is not provided.
Welcome drink of tea, coffee or soft drink included.
Includes afternoon tea only; menu is subject to change.
Vegetarian options are available; please advise restaurant at time of booking. No gluten / wheat free options available.
Wheelchair access available.
The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
