Voucher is valid until Fri 10 May 2019; 7 days, 10am – 5pm, lunch from 12 noon; subject to availability.
A supplementary charge of £10 per person is required for Saturdays and Sundays; payable directly to spa.

Excludes 23, 24, 30 & 31 Mar and 7 Apr 2019.

Advance booking required. Voucher can be booked from Wed 20 Mar 2019 and must be booked by Fri 26 Apr 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time; please discuss directly with spa; subject to availability.

Includes a 50 minute spa treatment consisting of a 25 min custom back massage and a 25 min facial each.

Includes full access to the leisure facilities consisting of a 20m indoor pool, hydrotherapy pool, steam room & sauna, ice fountain, cold plunge pool and a hot tub in the rooftop garden.

Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.

Includes a light lunch; choose one course from a set menu; menu subject to change.

Vegetarian and gluten/wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.

Wheelchair access available; please discuss directly with spa.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile phone or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
