A very interesting couple of hours aided by helpful, friendly and knowledgeable volunteers.
I last visited years ago and found it has been somewhat sanitised from then, making it lose some for that original atmosphere.more like an exhibition Which I felt was a pity.

It was much better than I thought. The guides were really informative & took the time to explain various aspects of the house. Thoroughly enjoyed it. It brought back some memories for me but I also think it would be really educational for school children

My sister and I really enjoyed it but our Mother who is elderly and can’t do a lot of stairs couldn’t have gone with us because of the stairs to get into the house. I know it’s the design of the building but I know a lot of elderly people would love this! It’s their era!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The exhibit is incredible and so interesting. Reading the overview downstairs before entering the flat, gave a great insight into the life of Miss Agnes Toward. When you move to the flat you can imagine her life, how she lived. So many interesting things to see and many took me back to my Grandmother's home. Its definitely worth seeing.

The Tenement House is a really interesting place, before my time but close enough that I can recognise a lot of the items used. Makes you appreciate your own life and comforts. Should be on everyone's list of places to see.

I have meant to come to visit the Tenement House many times over the years and never gotten round to it. I rectified that this week, and it was absolutely wonderful, so much so that I am going to bring my mum here in a few weeks to visit as I know she would love it. I recommend visiting 100%, everyone would love it.

The Tenement building was very good, unfortunately, I`m old enough to remember these buildings and the way of life!
Lovely to have the flat frozen in time for younger people to get a glimpse of how lucky they are now.

Me and my friend thoroughly enjoyed looking round Tenement House and all the staff were very friendly and welcoming. It was better than I expected because there was quite a bit of interesting history to read and items to look at in two rooms before we went upstairs to look round the four rooms.
