Voucher is valid from Sun 4 Aug 2019 until Sat 30 Nov 2019, 7 days 9am – 7pm; subject to availability.

A supplementary charge of £20pp is required for Saturday and Sunday visits; payable directly to spa.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 8 Nov 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Please note: a valid credit card and itison voucher code will be required when booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Over 18s only.

Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 4 per group; subject to availability.

Some treatments may not be suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and may not be suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission; please discuss directly with spa.

Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.

Choice of treatment from: back, neck and shoulder massage, boutique facial or full body salt & oil exfoliation.

Treatment duration: approx. 25 mins each.
Option 2: Includes 25 mins use of the hydrotherapy bath; please note that this cannot be used by more than one person at a time.
Includes full use of leisure facilities: swimming pool, relaxation areas, saunas, steam rooms, gym and fitness classes.

Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.

2 course lunch can be added for a supplementary charge of £20 per person; please advise at the time of booking. Payable directly to the venue.

No wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
