Returning an item: it can only be exchanged within 28 days from date of purchase (assuming item is “as new” and excludes ear ring purchases unless faulty). Exchanges are only valid on items which are included in offer in first instance, i.e. products from the ARABESQUE range. This is to sit alongside current itison returns policy.
