For the candlelight concert, I thought it would be more candles. We walk into the venue, which was a lot lovely church and I’ve got to say there were only two candelabra next to the grand piano. The rest of the lovely warm lighting was ruined by the very bright, cool toned overhead above the piano. This was a marketed concert with magical candle experiences, so the lightning was disappointing. The actual music was very enjoyable and the pianist was wonderful. There were some excellent pieces played some of which I’ve never been heard before. However, the piano wasn’t visible for most of the crowd and the pianist left abruptly at the end with no closing, leaving all a bit confused. Additionally, we were unable to see the programme for the event due to the QR code not working so we will never know the names of many of these composers. My partner and I got cheap tickets to this event and live just a walk away, so we feel like it was worth our ticket and travel time. However, we feel bad for those who may have travel a ways on Valentines. We would like to give this concert series a chance but not at this venue.

The music was wonderful but we had the cheaper seats and had a very restricted view. For a supposed candlelit concert there were very few candles! Went to a Candlelight Concert at the Ghillie Dhu which wax fabulous, would be a lot more careful choosing the venue in future.

I had purchased AA tickets for an 80th birthday present and my parents couldn’t sit in this section as all the seats were taken by the time they arrived at 7.15.
There didn’t appear to be any checking of tickets with people just filling up from the front. So you could buy band D and sit in the AA at the front.
Very disappointed and to be honest a bit embarrassed that a present I bought didn’t end up being the nice experience that I hoped it would be.
I realise that the issues are likely to be the event organisers rather than Itison but this experience would make me think twice about buying tickets for an event from Itison again.

Loved the music and singers. St. Giles was beautiful and the sound amazing.

Venue too cold.
Cathedral is great but acoustics for the concert not the best.
Musicians and Opera singers very good and enjoyable evening overall.
