Multiple purchases permitted.
Duration: the festival lasts approx. 10 hours 30 mins each day; weekend tickets include Saturday & Sunday entry. The festival finishes at 10:30pm.
Family tickets are valid for two adults and two children; children are classed as ages 13 - 17 years. Under 13s go free.
The festival is outdoors so please prepare for weather appropriately.
No dogs permitted.
No wheelchair access available.
You can use your paperless ticket from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
Ticket is non-refundable unless event is cancelled.
Ticket is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
