You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.

Option 2 & 3: Treatment duration: approx. 25 mins. Choose a massage or facial. Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
Option 2 includes a 125ml glass of Prosecco; alcohol can be substituted for a soft drink.
Option 3: Includes a 2 course lunch; choose a soup and anything from the sandwiches, salad or mixed crostini section of the spa menu; subject to change. Spa café is open 12noon - 4pm. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise at time of booking.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
