You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking; changes can be made within the 7 days for a supplementary charge of £20 per person. Only one change permitted.
Suitable for ages 8+.
Maximum weight: 18 stone.
Duration approx. 1hr - 1.5hrs in the water.
Minimum of 8 participants per session.
Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a participating adult.
Participants must arrive 45 minutes before the session starts.
Please advise of any health conditions, injuries or illnesses when booking. Activities are not suitable during pregnancy.
Any special clothing requirements will be sent in email confirmation at time of booking.
Wetsuits, buoyancy aids & helmets provided.

Due to the rural location, purchase of this voucher is not recommended for anybody travelling via public transport.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
