You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Voucher spend is valid across all food and drink menus; subject to change. Please note voucher spend must be used in full, no change will be given.
Vegetarian options available. Please note gluten / wheat free options are not available. Please advise at time of booking.
Tables are required back after 1 hour 30 mins.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
