Voucher is valid from Thu 9 Feb 2023 until Wed 31 May 2023; subject to availability.
Spa access is available Mon - Sat 9am - 6pm.
Excludes 14 Feb, 19 Mar and 31 Mar - 3 Apr 2023.
A supplementary charge of £10 is required for Friday and Saturday visits; payable direct.
Voucher must be booked by Wed 17 May 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 5 days of your booking.
Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
Includes a choice of 1 x 25 min Elemis treatment and 1 tune up treatment each.
Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 2 per group; subject to availability.
Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
Please discuss any health concerns directly with the spa.
Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
No wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.

Rooms can be upgraded to a feature room for a supplementary charge per room per night; please discuss and pay directly.
Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge of £75prpn including breakfast; please discuss and pay directly.
