Room was lovely, bar area comfortable. Able to leave bags before and after stay was a bonus. Breakfast was ok.

Hotel is ideally situated, staff friendly and helpful. Room we had was a good size, with everything we needed, and very clean, although could do with freshening eg paint. Beds comfy.

Bit disappointed on arrival as there was some confusion over our Itison voucher. Receptionist said she would have to contact Itison to verify our deal, even though it was very clear on the voucher. Anyway. It got sorted after about a hour. Was a bit embarrassing!! Also . When claiming our bottle of Prosecco, the barman was insisting on opening it immediately, even though we wanted to take it to the room for
later. After a bit of discussion between him and Receptionist, we got to take it away .
Apart from these hiccups, our 2nd stay at this hotel was good.. nice, clean room and great location. Staff in general were pleasant and helpful

The hotel was located just above the exit from the railway and bus station making onward travel so easy, built within the shopping centre this gave us multiple retail and eateries opportunities, the room was spacious and offered views over the city, staff were very helpful and polite, I would recommend this hotel for a city break.

We had a truly fantastic stay at the Leonardo hotel in Aberdeen . Special shout out to the gent that checked us in . He’s a credit to the hotel .
Plenty to choose from for breakfast . Getting a bottle of Prosecco and coffee included in our Itison voucher made it great value for money .

Only complaint we had there was no curry available on the night we dined but everything else was just as we had expected

We stayed at the Leonardo hotel as we were going to a show at the P&J live. It is right in the heart of the city and adjacent to the train and bus stations. There are lots of restaurants and bars nearby.
The hotel was very good value for money. It was clean and the breakfast good. An added bonus was the vouchers we received for a bottling of Prosecco and a free coffee in the bar.

Highly recommend staying in this hotel , great location , clean , comfortable with the best staff . ALL the staff are friendly and helpful , even though the reception staff had to reset our room key a few times , they smiled and said it was no problem. The breakfast staff also very friendly and our table was kept clean of used plates etc very quickly. The food was fresh hot and tasty , buffet style , with as much as you want. Amazing value for bed and breakfast . We will definitely stay here again

My husband and I stayed overnight at the hotel before heading to Aberdeen Airport the following morning.. We had a very relaxing check-in experience, settled into our room and appreciated the complimentary biscuits, coffee/tea and water.
After we had been out and about, we collected our bottle of Prosecco (in an ice bucket) from the bar and enjoyed a glass in our room before heading out for supper.
The bottle was finished off when we returned.
We slept well as the hotel was quiet, although it appears that it was fully booked that night. Lovely breakfast the following morning. Easy check out and off to the Airport feeling relaxed and happy. We will be back!
