Went as a joint birthday break with another couple. Liked staying in the castle even although our room appeared to be the furthest from reception. Room was clean and had good shower, only had one chair in the double. We ate three nights at the castle as it is a distance from Dingwall. Our third night was the birthday meal and reserved table in advance and asked for the round table for four due to mobility problems, unfortunately not reserved and was occupied. I asked for the chicken curry, they had no chicken and the beef curry consisted of rice with dry beef on top with no sauce and I even had to ask for the chutney to try and make it eatable, no manager on site. Staff were good.

Tulloch Castle was a very lovely place to stay with stunning views surrounding it, but if you have difficulty with mobility it is not the place to go, as there are numerous stairs to ascend to get to the rooms. The staff were friendly and attentive but the food left a lot to be desired our party did not enjoy one evening meal served to us.

We enjoyed our stay at Tulloch Castle, Dingwall. Charming building with great character. Large, warm, clean bedrooms. Comfy beds, Friendly efficient staff. Lovely atmosphere in Green Lady bar & restaurant which served great food & local beer. Enjoyed a tasty full Scottish breakfast in the Turret restaurant. Highly recommend.

It was great. Must be about our 5th time there. Needed more gravy with the steak pie but otherwise brilliant. Really dog friendly too.
