Lovely atmosphere throughout the whole hotel and all staff were so helpful. Room was big, bed was huge! Food for breakfast and tea was just perfect.

We had a great stay at Leonardo Hotel Newcastle. Checking in process was straightforward and staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were warm, clean and comfortable and breakfast was tasty!

Was expecting a nice stay but was disappointed in the cleaning
1 old ladies knickers behind the chair
2 crisp packets down the sides of the chairs
Tv never worked any of the days after even saying to reception just couldn’t get a signal
Would have expected better with this hotel
