Voucher is valid Tue - Sat from Fri 11 Aug until Thu 26 Oct 2023; subject to availability.
Tue, Thu & Fri sessions: 9:15am, 11am, 1:30pm & 3:15pm. Sat sessions: 1:30pm & 3:15pm
Voucher must be booked by Thu 12 Oct 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
Recommended for 0-7 yrs old.
Duration approx. 1hrs 15 mins inc interactive storytelling.
Options 2&3: Includes a choice of hot drink each per accompanying adult.
Snacks are permitted but not provided. Food is not permitted within the play area.
Max of 12 people per group/activity.
Limited indoor space for prams and pushchairs, however there is a covered area off the pavement.
Wheelchair access available.
Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
