Voucher must be booked by Fri 8 Dec 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
Online bookings only. You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person.
Over 16s only.
Pool access is shared between local members and hotel guests.
Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
Includes a back, neck or shoulder massage and ELEMIS Express facial per person.
Treatments for two will share a double treatment room, separate rooms are available on request; subject to availability.
Certain treatments are suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and for cancer sufferers/those in remission; please discuss any health concerns directly with the spa.
Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
Treatment duration: back, neck or shoulder massage approx. 25 mins. ELEMIS Facial approx. 20 mins.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
