Yes, not enough staff on bar for frinks

I tend not to leave negative reviews and my family and I really love Crieff Hydro. However this pantomime was poor for the price charged, having attended lower budget pantomimes this year and the Kings Theatre (of which ticket prices were similar) this one failed to hit the mark.
Our party of 6 consisted of adults and children and neither were engaged by the content. It felt flat and lacked humour. We left after the first half.
This was not good value for money and left our group disappointed especially when the Hotel was hosting a circus on the same evening at no cost what so ever.

Very friendly and helpful staff.
The penguin aids were a little small for adults
With only 3 people on the ice there was plenty of room

We all enjoyed this family friendly pantomime.

It wasn't too busy as it was in the new year. However only one person was working there doing the skates and the ice, which wasn't enough. The food stalls were all closed. The skate aids for the kids were good with a seat on them (but £5 to hire).

Tried to book an extra ticket but couldn’t as all tickets sold but there were only 8 passengers.
Staff friendly but were not well informed.
Hot chocolate not available at the stated location. I had to find out where we could get it.
Not all strings of lights on train were working. Some lights in garden not working.
The whole experience felt unfinished.
However we did enjoy our ride.

The age range of my grandchildren is between 7 and 14 and they all thoroughly enjoyed the Winter Wonderland experiences. After reading a few negative reviews I was unsure of what it would be like but I would certainly repeat the experience.
