Voucher is valid from Thu 28 Sep 2023 until Thu 29 Feb 2024, Wed - Sat 1pm - 4pm; subject to availability.
Excludes Sun - Tue, 24-26 & 31 Dec 2023 & 1 Jan 2024.
Voucher must be booked by Thu 15 Feb 2024 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
Max 3 vouchers / 6 people per table.
Afternoon tea menu only; subject to change.
Vegetarian options are available on request; please advise hotel directly when booking. No gluten / wheat free options available.
Table required back after 2 hours.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
