Very helpful staff. I unfortunately left my glasses and top in the room. I telephone to say I had left them and the person who had cleaned the room had found them, recorded the items and they were ready for me to collect. When I went to collect them a few days later (I live 30 miles away) the reception staff were very polite and returned my items with a smile. I did apologise for causing them extra work but nothing was any bother. Well done to all.

This was our second visit to the Clayton. Spacious rooms. Lovely public areas. Excellent staff. Great location for shopping or attending events at The Hydro. Have recommended this hotel in the past and will so again.

We stayed over the recent storm including the red alert and the staff could not have been more efficient . We enjoyed a well prepared breakfast, our room was cleaned and we were served a beautiful dinner despite the unusual times. If the hotel can function as well as that in exceptional circumstances they deserve a five star review.
Special mention too for the young man who makes such good sodas and lime thank you

The hotel is very well positioned and has beautiful views over the Clyde.
It is beautiful and the rooms are attractive and very well appointed with wonderfully comfortable beds.
The receptionists could not have been more welcoming and helpful and are a real asset to the hotel.
Breakfast was excellently cooked and very generous. We would not hesitate to return.
The Itison deal was tremendous value.

Usual luxury room overlooking the Clyde. Had all our needs.
