Not enough spaces in the car park, The fact that we had to park in the multi storey and had to run in the rain back and forth due to getting things out the car.
For 1 night stay we paid £300 in total, with cost of car park, extra free on a Saturday night, could change drink from set pizza and drink which was £35 plus extra
Staff are boring and depression and not professional what’s so ever, defos not worth the prices at all
Food had not taste and they don’t prioritise the top bar for hotel guest there answer was first come first serve

Went on a Saturday , did not appear particularly busy, yet despite this took ages to get served. Had to pay extra £40 supplement for this yet was unable to get drink in lobby bar. I was directed to the prestigious “sky bar” who were happy to take my money but had to stand as there were no tables. No atmosphere in the place. Went out to west end then returned to hotel approx 21.30 (on a Saturday night!) to be told last orders had been called , and staff’s attitude about this was disgusting. All in all, waste of money and will not be back.

We had a lovely stay at the radison red. The pizza was lovely. We ordered katsu curry chips which were cold but when we told the waitress they were swapped for piping hot chips plus a discount on the bill. Very good customer service. The bathroom around the shower screen could have been cleaner.

On the whole my experience was a really good one, the room was great and the pizzas and drinks the night before were really good. The breakfast arrangements let them down, the food was good but it took a long time to get served and there was a long queue for tea and coffee.

Booked for an overnight stay following a concert at Glasgow HYDRO. The position couldn’t be better ,a 3-4 minute walk from the door .
The hotel was bright & modern, couldn’t fault the staff . Rooms clean ,comfortable and colourful. Breakfast was included and a good choice of cold and hot .
We ate in the restaurant pre concert, pub type food , not a huge choice but food was fine. Staff were very friendly and a great musician playing in the bar area. There is also a roof top bar but we didn’t visit. Car parking is available but we took the train from Glasgow Central ,2 stops then a 5 minute walk.
Very good value for money, great situation , and we will definitely visit again .
