It was a great experience, we both thoroughly enjoyed it. We enjoyed one of the whiskies we tasted so much we bought a bottle to bring home to enjoy. The roast and accompaniments were cooked to perfection. We will definitely do this again.

Had a great experience. The tasting was great and informative. Only thing I would say is to maybe use lower table as I am short and do struggle with high chairs.
The food was really nice.
In all a great experience.

Improvement personal choice Instead of Horseradish sauce how about a Whiskey sauce on the side !

Nice venue with a very knowledgeable and friendly young American taking about the whisky.
The 3 whiskies selected for the tasting were tasty and varied.
We also had a very good mix of fellow guests at our table which made for a fun time.
However the food left a bit to be desired. It was served to the tables very slowly, meaning I had mine in front of me at least 5 minutes before my companion. No cutlery was provided until all the dinners were on the tables! Obviously meaning the food wasn’t as warm as it should have been.
The beef was tasty although quite chewy - several remarked that it would have been much easier to cut with real steak knives.
And the cardinal sin…. No gravy! Can’t believe a carvery / Sunday roast was served without gravy!
All in all , we enjoyed the experience. Hard to tell if it was genuine value for money, as it’s impossible to know what the tasting whiskies usually cost for a nip.
