Nice hotel, lovely rooms and very clean however not made to feel welcome at all. We had dinner in hotel, we were in restaurant space which was cold they had 2 plug in heaters on, which didn’t heat the space comfortably . The meal was a mixed bag some things were lovely others not good at all. Nice breakfast but they really need someone who is much more hospitable front of house. Wouldn’t stay again would much rather be somewhere we were made to feel welcome not sure if it was because we were using itison voucher but we paid extra for dinner and drinks, was really disappointed.

The only fault was the lack of wifi the morning we were there. The staff member couldn’t shed any light on it and was baffled why it wasn’t working.
On the tv we could only get Netflix.
The hotel and staff were excellent

The rooms were very comfortable and we slept really well. The hotel has been recently renovated and is clean and fresh. The food was delicious and the staff very helpful and friendy. The surroundings are lovely, picturesque'
The only downside for us was that the hotel is quite isolated. It's 7 miles from Killin, along a single track road. However if you are looking for complete quiet, rest and relaxation this is a place to go.

Wonderful scenery, peace and quiet at Loch Tay.
Hope to visit again soon.

It exceeded our expectations, especially as we were upgraded to a luxury cottage all to ourselves! Excellent food, but imited menu choices which could be an issue if staying more than 2 nights

The hotel has obviously just been refurbished to a fairly high standard. Although the hotel was busy, we found it very quiet. The food was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely go back.

We were upgraded from two double rooms to a self catering lodge, which was delightful. Mike has done wonders with the place, and even layed on a room for us to watch the rugby.
The food was fantastic and the service impeccable.
We will be back!

The hotel is beautiful, the standard of the rooms and cleanliness throughout the hotel was excellent. The food was amazing, we had lunch, dinner and breakfast. The staff were so friendly especially Tony. Nothing was too much trouble, he was friendly and professional. The area around the hotel is so peaceful, beautiful views.
