• Voucher is valid from Sat 6 Jan until Mon 30 Sep 2024, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Lemur encounter: Valid at 10am.
• Meerkat encounter: Valid at 3.30pm.
• Zebra encounter: Valid at 11:30am.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 30 Aug 2024 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Lemur or meerkat encounter: Suitable for ages 5+. Children under 16 must be accompanied by a participating adult. Duration: approx. 30 mins
• Zebra encounter: Suitable for ages 8+. Children under 16 must be accompanied by a participating adult. Duration: approx. 1 hr
• Meeting point: Africafé
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advance booking required
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
