Exceeded our expectations.
Despite having an "Itison" menu, there was a lot to choose from.
Portion sizes were great, no skimping....
The food presentation was lovely the taste of the food was fabulous!
Staff (especially Tom) were very friendly & helpful.
Our wee dog was made to feel very welcome, with a little 'pet station of water, bowls & treats' available.

The 3 course Itison deal is brilliant value and all 3 courses were delicious. The staff were attentive, welcoming and a credit to this venue. We will definitely be returning to the Brae!

We booked this on the reviews & thought the set menu looked okay. Hubby had the lentil soup which was ok. I had the homemade nachos or should I say deep fried tortilla triangles, greasy & not tasty at all. Hubby then go the haddock which looked nice but dry & tasteless, the triple cooked chips? More like cooked with a few days between each process as they were dry. I had the chicken tempura with crispy (not sure if they were supposed to be) chips, both dry, my teriyaki sauce was sweet chilli & even this didn’t improve the chicken. Left about 3/4 of it. managed was nice though.
